Shipping & Delivery Times:
We can ship to virtually any address in the U.S using the U.S. Postal Service, so please provide a ship to address that is USPS compatible.
We normally ask that you please allow 10-14 business days for delivery.
Some items may take longer depending on availability. If you have a specific deadline or other need to expedite a shipment please contact us and we will try to accommodate you as best we can.
Shipping rates for most of the items offered on SMSPowayStore.com are weight-based. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. For orders that weigh 13 oz. or less the option to ship Parcel Post will be offered otherwise Priority Mail is the default shipping method.
If you get a message at the end of your ordering process that states that some of the items in your cart can not be delivered to the address given, please try breaking your order into two separate orders. Every now and then an order with multiple items (sometimes more than 6 pieces) will surpass the shipping parameters set up by the USPS shipping software. If this does not solve the problem please contact us and we will assist you.
