Exchange & Return Policy:
Most new, unused items decorated with a general "St. Michael's" logo may be returned within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item), or the item is defective SMSPowayStore.com will pay for any costs to return or replace the item.
Items that have been customized with a specific team sport name, custom name, custom number, or any other non-general "St. Michael's" embellishment are not returnable nor exchangeable.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these instructions:
- Please email us at sales@SMSPowayStore.com to let us know what exchange you would like to make.
- Leave the items you want to return in bag with your name or order number on it for identification at the reception desk inside the South campus main reception office.
- Once we have received the items you are returning we will email you when the items you want to exchange for are ready to be picked up. Those items will be left for you in a bag with your name on it to pick up at the same South office reception desk.
